Equipment Failure Reimbursement Policy

- Reimbursement: In case of any failure, we will reimburse the amount paid, deducting the rent for the period of time before the interruption occurred.
Steps for Reimbursement
- Report the Issue: Immediately inform our staff about the equipment failure.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine the duration of effective use before the interruption.
- Calculation: The reimbursement will be calculated by deducting the rent for the time before the interruption from the total amount paid.
- Processing: The calculated reimbursement will be processed promptly.

Policy on Personal Belongings
Please be advised that management is not responsible for any personal belongings brought into the premises. Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables secure at all times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Theater Exit Policy
Customers must vacate the theater along with all their belongings on or before the scheduled end time. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely exit for all guests.
Equipment Adjustment Policy
Customers should not make adjustments or modifications to the setup of the projector, screen, laptop, or sound system. If any changes are required, please inform our staff, and we will handle it from our end. Thank you for your cooperation.
Booking and Identification Policy
- ID Verification: Aadhaar Card or Driving License (DL) will be checked for all bookings.
- Underage Couples: Underage couples are not permitted to book.
- Minor Group Bookings: Group bookings by minors are permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Damage Responsibility
If there is any damage to any technical or non-technical item in the theater, including walls, lights, seating, etc., customers will be held responsible and required to pay for the damages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our facility.
Prohibited Items
Party poppers and cool fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please refrain from bringing these items to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cleaning Fee Policy
A cleaning fee of ₹1000 will be charged if significant cleaning is required after your event. This covers the costs of extra cleaning needed for garbage, leftovers, and other wastes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
No Smoking and No Alcohol
Customers are not allowed to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages, or use any illegal substances inside the theater. Appropriate action will be taken against those who violate this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
No Pets Policy
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theater. Please make alternate arrangements for your pets before your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
Special Add-Ons on Visit
Add-ons such as photoshoot and fog entry can be selected during the online booking process or added on the day of your visit. Please notify us upon arrival if you wish to include any add-ons so we can accommodate your requests effectively. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Small Theaters: Up to 4 seating capacity will have all recliner seating.
- Bigger Theaters: For theaters with more than 4 seating capacity, recliners are available at the front, and non-recliner sofas are provided at the back.

Is Decoration customizable ?
Decorations will be as shown in the photos and videos on our website. Essential customizations and personalizations, such as neon lights and LED name boards, will be provided based on the chosen occasion. Please note that balloon colors are not customizable. Thank you for your understanding.
How Jolly District Pricing Works
At Jolly District, our pricing is clear and divided into four main categories:

- Theater Price: This charge covers the reservation of our private theater space, which includes an air-conditioned environment, HD screen, speakers, and comfortable seating. Please note that we do not provide movies or OTT accounts; you will need to use your own account and content. For specific theaters and all 1.5-hour slots, decoration is mandatory and included in this fee.
- Decoration Price: This fee is for decorating the private theater. If you book without selecting decoration, the theater may be provided without any decor. For certain theaters and all 1.5-hour slots, decoration is mandatory and included in the theater price. Optional extra decorations, such as Rose Hearts, Candle Paths, and LED Numbers, can be added for an additional charge.
- Add-Ons: This category covers additional services that can be booked according to your preferences and budget, including cakes, gifts, photoshoots, fog entry, and more.
- Food and Beverages:This fee applies to food and beverage items ordered during your booking. These items cannot be pre-ordered and must be chosen from the menu available at the theater. Each branch has a different menu, which can be reviewed on the branch selection page.
