Booking Confirmation: ₹750 advance (including convenience fees) is required to confirm your slot.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are allowed only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the slot. No refunds within 48 hours, even if cancelled immediately after booking.

ID Proof: Valid Aadhaar Card is mandatory. For couples, both individuals must carry their Aadhaar cards.

Age Policy: Couples below 18 years are not allowed.

Slot Timing: Slot time will not be extended. Guests must vacate as per allotted time.

OTT Usage: Please use your own OTT accounts or downloaded content.

No Adult Content: Watching adult or objectionable content is strictly prohibited. Slot will be cancelled immediately without refund.
